All-Star Division

Ages 11–14 | Recommended for players with 4–8 years of experience

The All-Star Division is for experienced players who are ready to compete, think the game, and develop a deeper understanding of basketball. Players are challenged with faster pace, more complex decision-making, and higher-level competition.

At this stage, athletes begin to develop their identity as players, learning how to create advantages, read defenses, and impact the game beyond just scoring. Leadership, communication, and accountability become key parts of the experience, as players prepare for more competitive environments.

Season Duration

(8) Weeks per season

Summer: July 6th - August 28th

Frequency: (1) Team Practice per week (60 mins) | (1) Game per week (60 mins)
