MVP All-Girls Division (Ages 14–17)

Recommended for all girls ages 14-17 or players with 7-12 years playing experience

The MVP All-Girls Division is designed for experienced players who are committed to maximizing their development and preparing for higher levels of competition. Through advanced skill training, game-based learning, and challenging competitive environments, players refine their technical skills, strengthen their basketball IQ, and learn to make effective decisions under pressure.

As players progress through the MVP Division, they are encouraged to take greater ownership of their development while building the habits, discipline, and leadership skills required for long-term success. Coaches provide individualized feedback and guidance to help athletes elevate their performance, compete with confidence, and continue progressing toward their personal basketball goals.

Players will:

• Refine advanced offensive and defensive skills
• Improve decision-making and execution in complex game situations
• Develop a deeper understanding of strategy, spacing, and game concepts
• Build consistency, confidence, and competitive resilience
• Strengthen leadership, communication, and accountability
• Prepare for high school, club, and other competitive basketball opportunities

• 6:30-7:30pm on Wednesdays
• 1x per week All-Girls
• 60-minute skill development sessions
• Open to players of all experience levels
